During this workshop, we will focus on creating balance in the body, mind, and spirit during the summer season. This workshop will use yoga poses, breath work, mediation and Ayurvedic practices that allow us to ground, connect, and go inward.
Essential oils and abhyanga (yoga bodywork) oil will be provided beforehand to apply to the arms and legs at the beginning of the workshop. It's recommended that you wear shorts and bring a towel to place on top of your mat if choosing to use the abhyanga oil during your practice. This workshop is open to all levels.
